If you are looking for a guide to Cornwall, you are in the right place. This site is your guide to beaches, gardens, places to eat and the best attractions in Cornwall. The site is being developed as an aid for visitors to Cornwall and is a resource for guests with useful information on staying in Cornwall. We will continue to add to this Cornwall guide so that your stay in Cornwall is as enjoyable as possible. Running in conjunction with the website, all Cornish Cottage Holidays guests will receive a Stay card prior to their holiday. This card will entitle them to discounts for many of the region's top attractions.

    This long sandy beach is currently being re-developed but it remains open to the public throughout this development.

  • Downderry Beach, Looe

    Downderry is a large sand/shingle beach which has many rock pools at low tide.

  • Gorran Haven, Mevagissey

    This beach is sandy and popular with families.

  • Hannafore Beach, Looe

    Hannafore Point is a long rocky beach which has slopes and steps down to the beach.

  • Hemmick Beach, near Mevagissey

    Hemmick beach is a pretty sandy beach, however there are no facilities and there is parking for just a few cars by the beach.

  • Kingsand Beach, Kingsand

    This beach is made up of shingle with some sand.

  • Lantic Bay Beach, near Fowey

    The beautiful white sands at Lantic Bay Beach are sheltered by the surrounding coves.

  • Lantivet Bay Beach, near Fowey

    This small sandy beach near Lansallos has parking at a National Trust car park at Polruan.

  • Par Sands Beach, Fowey

    This is a wide sandy beach which is popular with families.

  • Plaidy Beach, Looe

    This is a small sandy beach which also has rock pools.

  • Polridmouth Beach, Fowey

    Polridmouth has two sandy beaches which join together at low tide.

  • Polstreath Beach, Mevagissey

    This beach is sandy with some pebbles.

  • Porthluney Beach, Caerhays

    This beach is sheltered and sandy, and has a shop and toilets closeby.

  • Portmellon Beach, Mevagissey

    Portmellon is a small sandy cove, with access via a slipway.

  • Seaton Beach, Seaton

    This large beach is very popular with families as it has level access and facilities nearby.

  • Talland Bay Beach, Looe

    Talland Bay is a shingle beach with some rock pools.

  • Whitsand Bay Beach, Whitsand Bay

    This beach is arguably South East Cornwall's best beach, with 3 miles of golden sand.
