Roskilly's

Roskilly's is a farming family based on the outskirts of St Keverne. They make nationally-acclaimed dairy products; most famously, ice cream and fudge. At the Croust House in St Keverne it is possible to view the milking process of the Organic Jersey herd as well as watch how cream is made. The Roskillys are a talented family and proof of this is found at the farm "Tregallast Barton" where the Croust House is situated. It is also possible to buy chutney, mustards, sauces, milk, cream, fudge, ice cream and much more to take away, as well as have breakfast, lunch and dinner on site. There is also a gift shop, "The Bull Pen" where one can purchase cards, jewellery, games and other souvenirs and peruse the stunning wood-work and stained glass furniture which is made by one of the Roskilly clan. Roskilly's won the Best Organic Product/Trader of the Year at the Cornwall Life Food and Drink Awards in 2008. "The Ponds" are a series of duck and moorhen-strewn ponds leading through marshy fields which are a lovely way to spend an afternoon or morning building up an appetite for a rewarding meal or snack at the Croust House. At the Croust House there is also a cosmetic specialist, Dr Spezia (of the original Spezia Organic) who works to make natural, organic skin-care products which are well worth the price. Through the peak season there is often entertainment whilst the BBQ takes place which really makes for a brilliant evening.

Present your Stay card when you dine at the Croust House and receive 5% discount on all food and drink.
