Perranporth Surf School is based at Alcatraz Surf and Beach Hire Shop, right on Perranporth beach. The school prides itself on catering for the needs each individual surfer, providing fun and informative lessons for all ages and abilities (minimum age 8 years). All instructors are British Surf Association qualified and are members of The Royal Life Saving Society UK, and Perranporth beach is fully lifeguarded between May and September each year. All equipment required is provided free of charge. The school also offer gift vouchers for single and multiple lessons. Further details, including prices, can be found at the website to the right.
