Coasteering - West Cornwall Adventure

Experience the coastline like never before. Coasteering involves traversing round a section of coast by scrambling, climbing, jumping and wild swimming. Experience the rise and the full of the ocean in and around rock formations carved out by the sea, with optional cliff jumping for the thrill seekers amongst you. Head to toe in full protective gear, participants can explore marine, coves, gullies and jump from ledges into deep water. Wetsuits, buoyancy aids and helmets are all provided. Coasteering takes place at Portreath Beach on the North Coast, with its cliffs, caves, rocks and seals, it is the perfect place to enjoy coasteering. Sessions will be dependant on the daily sea state and times of high tide, calm conditions are needed, confirmation will be made on booking. Please bring with you a towel, swimming costume, an old pair of shorts and a pair of trainers you don't mind getting wet. Wetsuits, buoyancy aids and helmets are provided. There is a minimum age requirement of 12 years and the ability for all participants to be able to swim 50m unaided. Coasteering 2 hour session - £30 per person at Portreath
