Thai Oasis, at the Kazbah bar in Truro, is a lovely little restaurant. Due to its small size, it has a cosy, intimate feel, and the staff are all very friendly and welcoming. The menu offers a wide range of delicious Thai food in decent portions - the Chicken Satay is particularly good. You will not wait long for your meal as the service is very efficient – even though the restaurant was full, our meals arrived in good time with an ample break between starters and mains. We (a couple) turned up on a Saturday evening without booking and were lucky there was a table left – several people came in after us and had to be turned away - so I would recommend booking in advance if visiting at peak times. The Kazbah itself is a great place to meet with friends, and has a relaxed, inviting atmosphere. Kazbah frequently hosts music nights and performances by live bands.
