Mawgan Porth to Watergate Bay (2 miles - medium difficulty)

Parking can be found in the village of Mawgan Porth behind the shops. Cross the road to the beach; behind the beach, follow the signed footpath to the left. When you reach the tight bend, bear right on to the signed path. Ascend the path towards Grange Point, further on passing Bre Pen. The path will now continue around Berryl's Point and then Beacon Cove. Take care here as you will be quite close to the edge of the cliff. The path will now descend to a stream with a bridge - cross the bridge and head inland, climbing the steps to Griffin's Point. Further on you will pass Stem Cove and then walk around Stem Point. The final part of your journey takes you along the top of Strase Cliff and then down the side of the cliff to Watergate Bay.
