Polkyth Leisure Centre has an indoor 25 metre heated swimming pool as well as a 3 metre deep diving pit with diving board. There is also a teaching pool with a toddlers' slide. Arm bands and floats can be hired. The leisure centre also has squash courts, a fitness studio, a dance studio, a sports hall, hydrotherapy pool, sauna, cafe and conference room.
