There are a few places in Newquay with fixed abseil points where you can learn to abseil in safety while taking in the stunning coastline. All abseiling lessons are run under the supervision of instructors with the relevant qualifications and years of abseiling experience. As well as teaching basic abseiling skills and rope techniques, instructors can help to challenge people to conquer their fears and complete an abseil safely and confidently.
