This imposing granite outcrop in the middle of Cornwall is suitable for abseiling because it has easy access on one side and a sheer rock-face on the other. All abseiling lessons are run under the supervision of instructors with the relevant qualifications and years of abseiling experience. As well as teaching basic abseiling skills and rope techniques, instructors can help to challenge people to conquer their fears and complete an abseil safely and confidently.
