Gweek

Gweek is a little village set amongst woodland at the head of the Helford River. Gweek was once a thriving port, but today the port is mainly used to store boats. Today the village is best known for the National Seal Sanctuary, where injured seals are brought to rehabilitate. There is a pub, the Gweek Inn, a shop, tea garden and restaurant in the village. The area surrounding Gweek is very beautiful and there are many creeks and coves to explore both on land and by boat.
