Cornish Cheese Co. produces Cornish Blue, a young blue cheese quite different in taste to other blue cheeses such as Stilton and Dorset Blue. The cheese is handmade on the farm near Liskeard, and has won the people who make it several awards, including a Silver Award at the Taste of the West Food and Drink Awards 2003, and The Specialist Cheesemakers' Best Soft Cheese Award at the Royal Bath and West Show in 2006. Cornish Blue can be bought at the farm itself, online and in Tesco stores throughout the country.
