The Incredible Fruitcake Company bakes luxury fruitcakes in traditional wooden boxes, with no additives, supplements or preservatives. The cakes are sold in the boxes they are baked in to reduce packaging waste, and the boxes can be re-used for baking or storage at home. The cakes are made using a family recipe which has been passed down through several generations. Each cake ordered comes with a booklet detailing the company's history, other fruitcake recipes and instructions on how to re-use the wooden box. In May 2006, The Incredible Fruitcake Company won 'Best Product Runner Up' at the Royal Windsor Food and Drink Festival, which was judged by Michelin-starred Chef, Marco Pierre White. Products can be bought online, by completing and sending a freepost order form, or over the phone.
