Serving a huge selection of refreshments from breakfast through to dinner all created with the finest local ingredients really reflects an ethos of hard-work and dedication to the environment as a whole (they recycle everything!) as well as on their doorstep (the Gyllyngvase beach has received Blue Flag Beach status).
