Downderry

Downderry is a pretty little village on the south coast of Cornwall, just four miles from Looe. The town is flanked by two steep hills and has a large sand/shingle beach, which allows dogs throughout the year. The Southwest Coast Path passes through Downderry. The village has a church, local shop, café, pub and a restaurant. The Blue Plate Restaurant is run by Chef Nick Barclay, who also runs food4myholiday.com – a service which selects and delivers food to your holiday accommodation.
