St Austell Brewery Visitor Centre's interactive museum will tell you all you need to know about Cornish pubs, beers, wines and spirits. Take a tour through the Victorian brewery and see the brewing process in action, then at the end of the tour, sample some of the award-winning ales. Please note that the tour involves climbing some steep staircases. The brewery's shop sells a wide range of wines, spirits and ales, and the cafe serves both hot and cold food. The Visitor Centre is open every day throughout the year except Sundays during the winter months.
