Kite Surfing

Kite Surfing is a breathtaking water sport which is very popular along the infamous windy coastlines of Cornwall. Cornwall is well known for its blustery weather and great swell, so in turn create the perfect combination for the sport. Due to these conditions, kite surfing is becoming one of the top watersports in the South West. Kite surfing is also known as kite boarding. Another name that is highly recognized with the sport is Aaron Hadlow, who is the five times world champion born and bred in Cornwall. So with an increasing list of top kite surfers and national competitions, Cornwall is a great place to kite surf. There are many kitesurfing schools found in hotspots such as Watergate Bay, Perranporth and Marazion. These are all approved and regulated by the British Kite Surfing Association (BKSA), so your instructor will have passed safety checks and therefore be properly qualified.
